Step 1: First option to blacklist an interactor is after selecting ‘Bad’ tag for the interaction, to select ‘Blacklist’ sub-tag.
Step 2: You can also blacklist an interactor from the ‘Interactor Details’ field in the task.
Step 3: Then you can modify the blacklisting by selecting the ‘Direction’ of the blacklist and the ‘Interaction Adapter’ (Call, Voice Mail, SMS, etc. By selecting ‘All’ you will blacklist the interactions from all possible sources) and ‘Auto Disable Type’ which allows for future interactions with the current interactor giving them the opportunity to contact you again.
Step 4: You can also blacklist a person from the ‘Contacts’ (‘Person’ and ‘Business’) details menu on the left dashboard.
Step 5: You can also blacklist a person from the ‘Interactors' details menu on the left dashboard.
