Step 1: Within the top right menu, click on “Search Interactors”. 

 

 

Step 2 In the pop-up window search for Interactor/Contact by typing Name, Phone, Email, SSN, Case Number, Zip Code, Matter IDClient ID in the search field and then click on the Search button or simply press enter from the keyboard. 

  

Step 3If an Interactor does not exist (no results found), you can create a task which will create a new interactorThen you need to double check the queue where task will be created and press on the Create Task button. 

 

 

While iinteractor/contact already exists, it will be recognized automatically and you will be given the option to create a task for that client. 

 

 

Please note you can also search for an interactor within a task. Fill in any information you have available in the search fields and press on the “Search” button. Please note task details Search - is by: Name, Phone, Email, SSN, Case Number, Zip Code.
