Step 1: Within the top right menu, click on “Search Interactors”.
Step 2: In the pop-up window search for Interactor/Contact by typing Name, Phone, Email, SSN, Case Number, Zip Code, Matter ID, Client ID in the search field and then click on the “Search” button or simply press enter from the keyboard.
Step 3: If an Interactor does not exist (no results found), you can create a task which will create a new interactor. Then you need to double check the queue where task will be created and press on the “Create Task” button.
While if interactor/contact already exists, it will be recognized automatically and you will be given the option to create a task for that client.
Please note you can also search for an interactor within a task. Fill in any information you have available in the search fields and press on the “Search” button. Please note task details Search - is by: Name, Phone, Email, SSN, Case Number, Zip Code.
