Step 1: Within the top right menu, click on 'Search Interactors'.
Step 2: In the pop-up window search for Contact/Interactor by typing: Name, Phone, Email, SSN, Case Number, Zip Code, Matter ID, Client ID in the search field and click on the ‘Search’ button or simply press enter from the keyboard.
Step 3: When an Interactor does not exist (no results found), you can create a task which will create a new interactor. Then you need to double check the queue where task will be created and press on the 'Create Task' button.
Step 4(Optional): You can also add additional phone numbers for the interactors by clicking on the ‘Add Phone’ button and typing in the new number.
Step 5: If interactor/contact already exists, it will be recognized automatically and you will be given the option to create a task for that client by selecting the queue you need the task to be created in (if it is different than the auto selected one) and pressing on the 'Create task' button.
Step 6 (Optional): If you want to double check the interactor, you can view its details and related tasks, when you click on ‘View Details’.
Step 7: Then you can simply press the ‘Call’ button to initiate a call.
Step 8: After call has finished you can complete the task by pressing the ‘Complete’ button, selecting a tag, leaving notes and submitting them by pressing the ‘Submit’ button.
