If you cannot pick up any calls or you cannot call anybody 1st you have to check if you are the only one in the office having this issue. If that occurs check if your phone system is initialized (did the pop-up window when you login showed up). Sometimes it may take a couple of minutes for the phone system to get initialized. If your phone system is initialized and you still cannot make any calls, please create a ticket with your extension and problem in: https://debtstoppers.freshdesk.com/support/home
